At Hello Corbett, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while also complying with hotel, resort, safari, and service provider terms.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through www.hellocorbett.in are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as applicable. Once confirmed, cancellation and refund policies will apply as mentioned below.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Accommodation & Packages)
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the date of cancellation prior to the check-in date.
• 30 days or more before check-in:
No cancellation charges. Full refund will be processed, excluding bank or payment gateway charges.
• 20 to 29 days before check-in:
50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• 10 to 19 days before check-in:
75% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Less than 10 days before check-in / No Show / Early Check-out:
No refund will be provided.
Safari, Cab & Activity Bookings
Jeep Safari and Canter Safari bookings are strictly non-refundable, as permits are issued by forest authorities.
Cab and taxi service refunds, if applicable, depend on the service provider and cancellation timing. Any tolls, parking fees, or driver allowance already incurred will be deducted.
Adventure activities and special arrangements are generally non-refundable once booked.
Festival & Peak Season Bookings
Bookings during New Year, long weekends, festivals, and peak seasons are strictly non-refundable unless clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment.
Payment gateway or bank charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be applicable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or road closures.
Modification Policy
Date or guest name changes are subject to availability and approval from resorts or service providers.
Any fare difference must be paid by the guest.
