Reservations & Stay Timings
Reservations may be made online or at the reception, subject to availability.
Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
All government taxes will be applied as per prevailing regulations at the time of stay. Any variation in tax after advance payment will be settled at check-out.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
To secure your reservation, a minimum 50% advance payment is required.

For bookings made 30 days or more prior to arrival, the advance must be received as per the agreed booking timeline.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, payment must be completed within the specified confirmation period, failing which the reservation may be released.
A confirmation voucher will be shared once the advance payment is successfully realized.
Cancellation & Adjustment Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Within 30 days of booking: No cancellation charges (0% deduction)

After 20 days of booking: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged

After 10 days of booking: The paid amount will be adjusted against a future booking, subject to availability

After this period: No refund or adjustment will be applicable
For long weekends, holidays, and peak dates, special cancellation rules may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Room Upgrade Policy
Room upgrades are offered subject to availability at the time of check-in. Any upgrade will be charged as per the applicable room category tariff.
Safari & Transportation Guidelines
Jeep safari pick-up and drop services depend on the distance between the resort and the allotted safari gate or zone.
For safari bookings made within 72 hours, the Government rotation policy may apply. In such cases, guests may be required to report directly to the assigned safari gate or zone as per the issued permit. Pick-up coordination, where applicable, will be managed through the assigned travel partner.
Guest Identification & Verification
All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. For credit card bookings, the card used for payment or a photocopy must be presented for verification.
The management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of incorrect details, errors, or suspected misuse.
Child & Extra Guest Policy

Children below 5 years: Complimentary when sharing with parents

Children between 6–12 years: Charged 25% of the total package cost

Extra adult (sharing the same room/cottage): Charged 50% of the total package cost
